How to create and manage discount vouchers — name, prefix/postfix, scope, discount type, usage limits, validity period, max discount cap, and live preview.

00:00 — This tutorial guides you through creating and managing vouchers to offer discounts. Ensure you have access to the Voucher Management section.
00:11 — Vouchers grab customer attention with different offers. Open Vouchers — you'll see existing ones like 20% off and 50% off.
00:30 — Click Create Voucher. Give it a name — e.g., "New Year offer". Prefix and postfix are optional. The code must be unique — e.g., "NEWYEAR2027".
01:01 — Add a description — "This is a New Year offer. Customers get 50% off."
01:15 — Configure — Scope: Organization (or Global if admin). Discount type: Percentage, value 50%. Usage limit: 1000 max redemptions. Minimum order: $300. Per-customer limit: once.
02:11 — Validity period — Jan 1 to Jan 13. Max discount amount caps the discount (e.g., $100 cap on a 50% off coupon for a $300 order).
02:49 — Right side shows the live preview — name, percentage, code, description, validity, usage limit, min order.
03:09 — Click Create Voucher. Status is Scheduled because the validity is in the future. Existing vouchers are Active.
03:51 — At any time, edit or delete the voucher.
