Create Users
How to create users in ZenCore — search to avoid duplicates, add details, assign a role (system or custom), and verify the invitation flow.
What you'll learn
- Opening the Users section and clicking Create User
- The duplicate-check — search by name or email before creating
- First name, last name, email, phone, country code (searchable)
- Assigning a role — permissions auto-populate from the role
- Invitation status — Pending → Active after the user accepts the email
- Viewing user details (member status, user ID)
- Deleting users when they leave the organization

00:00 — This tutorial teaches you how to create and manage users — add details, assign roles, and verify user information.
00:11 — In the last video we saw how to create roles. Now let's create a user for that role.
00:19 — Click Users → Create User. First search by name or email — if no user is found, you can proceed to create.
00:41 — Fill in first name, email, phone, and country code. The country code field is searchable.
01:17 — Roles — click Manager (the custom role we created earlier). Permissions auto-populate from the role.
01:28 — Click Create User. User is created. Invitation status is Pending — they'll receive an email and can log in once they accept.
01:38 — View user details — organization status, member duration, user ID.
01:55 — Delete the user at any time if they're no longer with the organization.
