How to schedule automated booking reports — pick the report type, frequency, filters, file format, and recipients so the report lands in inboxes without manual effort.
What you'll learn

00:00 — This tutorial guides you through scheduling automated reports. You'll configure report types, scheduling frequency, filters, and recipients.
00:13 — As an organization, you might need a recurring report. Instead of creating one manually every week, schedule it. Go to Settings → Subscribe Scheduler → Manage.
00:40 — Existing scheduled reports appear here. Click New Schedule Job.
00:50 — Job type — Booking Reports. Scope — Space Group, then select the group.
01:07 — A unique Job ID is auto-generated.
01:11 — Schedule frequency — Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Custom (CRON-like). Choose Weekly. Run every Monday at 9 AM via email. Time zone auto-detected. Start = today, end = open (recurring forever). Preview shows upcoming run dates.
01:42 — Date range covered by each report — Previous Week / Month / Rolling 7 Days / Entire Week. Select Weekly date range for the last week.
01:57 — Booking statuses — no-shows, pending, canceled. For this report, select Canceled bookings.
02:21 — Recipients — up to 50 email addresses.
02:32 — File type — XLS. Job name — "Weekly Canceled Bookings".
02:42 — Review settings and click create.
02:51 — Create multiple schedules to automate different reports.
02:58 — Reports now run automatically at the specified intervals with your filters and recipients.
