Cancellation Policy

How to define the cancellation policy that applies across all meeting spaces in your organization — refund rules, cancel-before-X-hours windows, late cancellation fees, or no cancellation at all.

What you'll learn

  • Cancellation policy is organization-wide (not per meeting space)
  • Four options:
    • No Policy — full refund always
    • Cancel Before X Hours — full refund before cutoff, no refund after
    • Late Cancellation Fee — cancel anytime, but a fee applies (flat or percentage)
    • No Cancellation — never refundable
  • Configuring the cutoff window (e.g., 12 hours)
  • Charging a flat amount or a percentage (e.g., 20%) as the cancellation fee
