Unlock with Magic Link

After the booking is confirmed, the guest receives a magic-link email. This video shows how that link unlocks the door, reveals the PIN, and shares the Wi-Fi voucher.

00:00 — This video demonstrates how to access a locked meeting space after booking confirmation.

00:05 — It explains using the magic link email to unlock the door and connect to available Wi-Fi services.

00:12 — After making the booking, I received an email confirming it. I can see the timing, my port name, and the address.

00:23 — The booking ID and other details are there. So I can make use of it. I can even cancel it from here, and I can also add it to my calendar so I can remember.

00:33 — But the question is, how do we really access the meeting space because the door is locked? How do I unlock it?

00:39 — Going back to the emails, I found one more email that contains the magic link. It has all the details along with the magic link.

00:52 — So after opening the link, I can see there is a door access option.

00:57 — I have a PIN to open the door. I can also have a button to unlock this door.
