iCal / CalDAV Integration

Import external calendar events into SpaceOS via iCal feed URLs.

Setup​

  1. Get the iCal feed URL from your calendar system
  2. Navigate to Organization Settings → Integrations
  3. Add the iCal feed URL and map it to a meeting space

Sync Behavior​

  • One-way: External events block SpaceOS availability
  • Polling interval: Feed is checked every 5-15 minutes
  • No outbound sync: SpaceOS bookings are not pushed to the iCal source

Supported Formats​

  • iCalendar (.ics) feeds
  • CalDAV servers
  • Any system that provides a standard iCal URL
