Conflict Resolution
When bookings overlap between SpaceOS and an external calendar, conflict resolution rules determine the outcome.
Resolution Rules
- First-come, first-served — The earlier booking takes priority
- SpaceOS authority — For pricing and access, SpaceOS bookings take precedence
- External block — External calendar events block new SpaceOS bookings but don't cancel existing ones
- Admin override — Admins can force-resolve conflicts manually
Conflict Scenarios

| SpaceOS booking exists, Google event created for same time | Google event rejected or admin notified |
| Google event exists, SpaceOS booking attempted | SpaceOS shows slot as unavailable |
| Both created simultaneously | First to be processed wins |
