Onboarding Checklist
Complete these tasks to get your SpaceOS instance operational.
Day 1: Foundation
- Organization created — Name, slug, timezone, logo configured
- Admin users added — Invite team members with appropriate roles
- Space groups created — Define your locations (buildings, floors)
- Meeting spaces configured — Add rooms with capacity, amenities, descriptions
- Business hours set — Define operating hours for each space
- Pricing configured — Set hourly/fixed rates and any dynamic pricing rules
Day 2: Devices & Integration
- Physical spaces created in ZenEdge
- Physical-to-virtual mapping — Link physical spaces to meeting spaces
- IoT Adapter deployed (if using smart devices)
- Adapters registered — Door locks, Wi-Fi, etc.
- Meeting room displays provisioned (if applicable)
- Calendar integration configured (Google, Outlook)
Day 3: Payments & Go-Live
- Stripe configured — API keys, webhook endpoint
- Vouchers created (if offering promotional codes)
- Webhooks configured (for external system notifications)
- Test booking completed — Full end-to-end flow verified
- Public booking URL shared —
