Onboarding Checklist

Complete these tasks to get your SpaceOS instance operational.

Day 1: Foundation

  • Organization created — Name, slug, timezone, logo configured
  • Admin users added — Invite team members with appropriate roles
  • Space groups created — Define your locations (buildings, floors)
  • Meeting spaces configured — Add rooms with capacity, amenities, descriptions
  • Business hours set — Define operating hours for each space
  • Pricing configured — Set hourly/fixed rates and any dynamic pricing rules

Day 2: Devices & Integration

  • Physical spaces created in ZenEdge
  • Physical-to-virtual mapping — Link physical spaces to meeting spaces
  • IoT Adapter deployed (if using smart devices)
  • Adapters registered — Door locks, Wi-Fi, etc.
  • Meeting room displays provisioned (if applicable)
  • Calendar integration configured (Google, Outlook)

Day 3: Payments & Go-Live

  • Stripe configured — API keys, webhook endpoint
  • Vouchers created (if offering promotional codes)
  • Webhooks configured (for external system notifications)
  • Test booking completed — Full end-to-end flow verified
  • Public booking URL sharedbooking.zenspace.io/your-org-slug
