Configuring Spaces

Creating a Space Group

  1. Navigate to Space Groups in the admin dashboard
  2. Click Add Space Group
  3. Enter name, timezone, and address
  4. Save

Creating a Meeting Space

  1. Select a space group
  2. Click Add Meeting Space
  3. Configure:
    • Name and description
    • Slug — URL-friendly identifier
    • Capacity — Maximum occupancy
    • Amenities — Projector, whiteboard, video conferencing, etc.
    • Booking increment — Minimum booking duration (e.g., 30 minutes)

Setting Business Hours

Define when each space is available for booking:

  • Set hours for each day of the week
  • Different hours for weekdays vs. weekends
  • Holiday closures via Space Unavailability

Pricing

  • Fixed rate — Set price per booking increment
  • Hourly rate — Price per hour
  • Dynamic pricing — Rules based on time of day or day of week
  • Free — No payment required (set price to 0)
