Configuring Spaces
Creating a Space Group
- Navigate to Space Groups in the admin dashboard
- Click Add Space Group
- Enter name, timezone, and address
- Save
Creating a Meeting Space
- Select a space group
- Click Add Meeting Space
- Configure:
- Name and description
- Slug — URL-friendly identifier
- Capacity — Maximum occupancy
- Amenities — Projector, whiteboard, video conferencing, etc.
- Booking increment — Minimum booking duration (e.g., 30 minutes)
Setting Business Hours
Define when each space is available for booking:
- Set hours for each day of the week
- Different hours for weekdays vs. weekends
- Holiday closures via Space Unavailability
Pricing
- Fixed rate — Set price per booking increment
- Hourly rate — Price per hour
- Dynamic pricing — Rules based on time of day or day of week
- Free — No payment required (set price to 0)
